the ratio of spammers to mods is a lot more then you can imagine. mods do the best they can to keep the forums good and clean but there will always be spammers no matter what rules are made. you would be suprised how many people get suspended and warned for spamming. you have to remember the mods on this site do it in their free time for free this is not a job for them. they have no obligation to do anything. spamming rules have been getting more and more strict over time, you wouldnt know that because you have been here for so little time. an increased post time for spammers is not needed, maybe for a certain warn amount but not just because they are known spammers.

i believe strongly if mods were to simply give a time ban on posting jsp will be a much cleaner place... and it would need less mod interaction then suspending them because there would be no need for requesting warn removal or suspending... idk if we're seeing the same picture here i know the ratio of spammers to mods is crazy.. but with this it can be easily handled... because nothing is more agonizing then seeing something u want to post a bin for but not being able to because you spammed... it can greatly change attitudes in the community

not to mention i havent been here long yet i recognize the problem as such a mess? there is something we can do about this

any change that happens to the mod team's powers should belong to sabine, balakai, mork, paul, & gary.
