No, i think that the people that do try to help out after obtaining a warning should not be restricted.

Spam has gotten out of control and the mod to user ratio is crazy, what we have now is fine.

Report --> Move on --> Repeat, and eventualy, they wont be posting at all.

The spam was already out of control before you joined.

And no, warns are given for various reasons.
If it came from flooding alone, then it would make sense.

this is a trade forum, some guys are posting a lot in a short period to get/sell what the need/don't need
that's why 30 sec is more than enough

Ofc its a tradeforum but if you violate the rule with spamm or stuff why should you have the same privilegs as the other members ? If you dont violate the rules its just fine if yes you have to get along with a longer time between the posts :)
