I definitely support this suggestion - and at the very least I think that there should be a 60 second delay from when you get kicked to when you can rejoin the same group.

I've had a few times where there is a stubborn person who refuses to leave, and if we keep kicking them they just keep coming back and it gets really annoying this would be nice.

I say yes for the kick suggestion, tho it should be tweaked just a little.

In most games, if you get kicked, you cant join for 2 to 5 minutes. I propose a similar way of handling this.

yes ~2 mins would be fine i guess.
