this same type of suggestion is almost always on the top bunch in site suggestions
early bumping isnt that huge of a problem on jsp, mods don't care about it that much
this rule wouldn't let you respond to people if they asked a specific question that you forgot to post or something, or if you needed to post something for a mediator you couldn't

the edit button has a timer, a pretty short one- there are a lot of times when this implement would screw people over a lot.
