D2jsp doesn't get much attention nowadays. It's a slowly dying forum unfortunately. I wish we get more people on here because I really like this forum.
But I think the staff just maintain it now and don't actually expand.

Yes.
Apart from the huge amount of players online simultaneously, current steam's market is going crazy selling cases and skins -- and more cases are to come, most likely.

And ironically, I mostly joined this forum because I was told it supported PUBG, so come on! :)
