Not really, you should try to check your sources before posting.
HoN has added some heroes that have the same abilities as in DotA, so it will attract oldschl players. Nothing wrong with that.
They have already begun to make new heroes like in LoL, so i don't see the hate to HoN.
HoN got better graphics than LoL and DotA, and that's another reason why there's so many more players playing LoL.
LoL will get more popular soon, though, since the open beta is closing and you have to pay for HoN (which you 12 year olds cant).

I voted yes, since i play both games and pay for it.

2 I never said it was wrong with that, but the point of HoN was to make it similar to DotA but in a own game, not bound to Wc3.
And people like it, now its develop in its own direction, but its still the most similar game to DotA compared to the others.

3 And who hate HoN, where did you get that from? I created (njaguar created, I suggested) the HoN forum on jsp, I dont hate HoN at all, its a good game.

5 First point you've probably have the correct answer. I agree, since LoL is free maybe some players will quit HoN and start with LoL.

I lol'd at my fail, i obv meaned that the open beta was closing and that people would start playing LoL.
I didn't mean it specifically to you, just to generally everyone that plays LoL.
If they try to go to HoN, they will come to other games or the new forum to cry about how theyve got owned and lost all their gold because of dieing.

Currently more people play LoL than HoN.

So I stopped reading there.

Personally I don't see why there isn't a MoBA subsection in other games.

And within containing LoL/HoN and any other soon to come MoBA's.
