I think this is a great idea.

I have personally been in a situation, where I want to
tell my guild something important, but before you know it,
my post in the Notebox is already bumped off the first page,
due to other conversations going on.

Great idea, I had a post up in there from the day I bought it that was important and ended up loosing it once the guild got active :/ voted yes

Done. You can now pin up to 10 of the messages. They will stick to the top of the screen, and (should) not get auto deleted when someone else replies. They can still be manually deleted.

The right for this is the same as the Delete right.
