Voted No, Just cause you have high % warn does NOT make you a bad person to have to wait to post a thread or bump your thread.

Thats like you walking into a grocery store to buy some stuff and are the first person in line of 20 people,
and the cashier tells you to go to the back of the line because you got to many tattoo's.

Its basicly Discrimination. So is this thread.

but you dont get tattoos from breaking rules... you need to violate the forum rules xx times to get 50% warn.
you cannot compare warns to tattoos.
warn levels remove some of a user's privileges, but they dont remove the spamming privilege (30 sec time limit).

i like the idea, reduces spam and gives incentive of lowering warns

This logic deserves a warn imho. True, warns don't make you a bad person. Warns usually mean you cannot follow simple rules you agree to when joining this site.
