All members of the Moderator Team have this section hidden by default. This update was put in soon after the original post / topic viewer was implemented.
What Hylia meant was that if users do abuse the system by following your threads and spamming them, then report them. If it becomes excessive, then gather the links and send them to an appropriate leading moderator for that section. As I had mentioned in my earlier post, it's already been stated that stalking a user's posts and reporting / spamming everything will not be tolerated.
