I voted no. The reason is because as somebody said, so many people would just refuse to send the code. Then the other person reports the scam, but this will be happening at least 10 times a day, probably more. As for the release funds option, I hate it. Paypal does it, and it's stupid. Some people need the FG to buy something, and if it takes a day or two to clear, the item could be gone, or worse still, held up even longer if the transaction is "under review"
It is a good idea, just not the best solution when we have people with little green tags under their names.
