No you shouldn't be able to sale em.

d2 accounts take what a couple days to lvl? rs accounts take alot more time to do things on em.

also a d2 account could be lvl'd with a bot and not get caught sometimes. a rs account getting lvl'd with a bot will get caught eventually.

I honestly dont think d2 accounts or names should be sold either but i dont think rs accounts sholud EVER be sold.

plus if u really wanna sale ur rs accounts they make sites for that.

Yes but some people would rather have FG for their account rather than real money. I personally could sell my account for $300-400 easily. I just don't trust other people on other sites. Also you can easily bot and not get caught in runescape as long as you use a paid bot. You will not eventually get caught. I know people who have many skills botted and haven't got caught. Plus nowadays Jagex hardly cares about bots. The harshest punishment is rerolling the skill you botted. Big whoop. Nobody ever gets banned in runescape anymore.

EDIT:

And diablo is easier to level? That's because there is less things in diablo to level. You could bot a runescape character from level 1 all stats and get 99 strength/attack/defense before you could bot a diablo character 1-99.

Not with a paid bot. I know people who run bots 24/7 for months straight with no penalty. Just don't bot in a heavily populated area and don't use a stupid free bot. But this isn't the point of the topic

Happens all the time. People do jobs for eachother with no penalty. Not hard to say you moved or something

As long as the account can be recovered, there's no way I see this possible. You can also recover using any prior information stored on the account in the creation process or even with the credit card details who was used to purchase membership. It also apply for any other payment methods like paypal or direct debit. No way.

You can recover diablo 2 accounts easily. Why is that allowed?

On Diablo it's more about character names than actual accounts.

You can transfer a name and items onto your own account, most people don't buy accounts and the ones who do usually have the mentality of time>risk.

I don't play runescape but from reading this thread it sounds like there are many more ifs and buts than there are in Diablo account trading.

Also something goldbranch said caught my eye, the fact that credit cards are associated with some accounts (in my opinion) makes RS account trading DOA.
