As stated by u " 40fg for GAMBLE" " 30fg for REGULAR unid"

So what is the differance in the 2???

As already stated Gambling isn't supported by d2jsp

Well his are like this:
you pay 40 fg for gambled or 30 fg for unid
if you get a 19/19/9
20/20/10
etc anni then u get a free anni
There is no price change here therefore by what you have just stated this is a legal trade falsely shut down.

As already stated I dont care if its supported.
Supported and legal are two different things.
Im not asking for it to be supported, but at the very least it should be legal.
e/Im not asking for it to be supported because I understand there is possiblity of scams.
There are much more possibilities for scams in trading names or accounts.
Their reasoning for it being illegal is illogical.

Yeah its not supported but neither are name trades/account trades.
They're all trade at your own risk.
As this should be, we are all offering standard unid annis for base price.
Offering an added gamble/insurance shouldn't be illegal.

I guess it's the little "game" in the trade that makes is a gambling, which is illegal.
There's no game in trading unid items without having an a) b ) c) option, etc, following the trade, so trading unid items is legal.

EDIT: typo

Okay, but that still doesnt answer why TaintedX's anni trading is illegal.
Also If D2jsp is aloud to run a raffle that should mean any gambling should be legal.

If you're talking about post #12, TaintedzX stated that he was trading unid anis, but also offered other options, where the gambling part was there, which is probably why his topic got closed.
If the topic was a pure unid trade without any options at all then it would be legal.

The raffle is a feature created by njaguar, not a raffle/gambling oganized by the users.

what he's asking for, is for this to be viewed as " Do at your own risk " rather than getting topics closed by mods... not for the same "it's gambling, jsp will never support gambling in their trade forums"...

if we can trade names/accs we should be able to toss a little twist on an anni selling business.

and to add to the gambling on jsp.... one word... POKER.

Proving my point njag and mods of this site have too much power.

The famous quote:
"absolute power corrupts absolutely"
discribes this site perfectly.

I'm done trying to explain/make sugestions with mods...
This is going nowhere and no mod is keeping an open mind to it which is a complete joke.

You don't seem like to get the point of what I just said.
There is a raffle in the forum yes, but it is there for a purpose of winning the jackpot and there's nothing unfair for anyone.
But if it was allowed for people to make their own raffles and/or gambling topics, the trade forums will be flooded with these topics, making it unfair for those who simply want to "trade"

it is fair for every1 no has a better chance over another
it sells items in a fun efficient way thats good for both users

/e low anni you pay less thus keeping fg
high anni you pay more this way your making fg anyways from the high anni and seller is also benifiting from your sucess

post #24, you talked about raffles
So if you talk about raffles, then maybe you should expect for a response regarding raffles?
Like I said, there is a "game" in these type of trade topics involving a fg chargeback or whatever, which doesn't really look like a trade.
Everything I said is what I think.
If you want a better answer, try pm'ing a trade mod as someone else said earlier in this topic.
