One, in real-life, they would most likely get the car back ok, the suspect wouldnt make a "new-identity" (multi) and do it agian.

you need a new guild and to experince a car being stolen. Know how many stolen cars hit chop shops? Alot more than you obviously think. Know how many people are on the run from the law? Why do you think they have Americas Most Wanted on TV?
