As far as I know only the "global" Moderators are listed there, such that you know whom to contact for global violations.
Members++, Trade Assistants, Junior Moderators and Trade Moderators are listed under the subforums they moderate.
Check the general chat section for example - http://forums.d2jsp.org/forum.php?f=27 - to see what I'm talking about.
The appropriate staff group to contact for violations is stated, if none is listed you need to approach a Moderator or above.

I understand what you mean. But it would make it a lot easier imo. Especially for new users. ;) (and seasoned users too. instead of clicking admin to redirect to m++)
