The High Majority of the time, Users are scammed, let alone harrassed as you just said.

Look.. I hate annoyance just the same as you do as well as anyone else and mostly I HATE people who do not want to work for anything at all and just expect everyone else to carry their weight.
But this looks to me like a self-righteous crusade to stop (noobs from asking for help) because it annoys you, rather than because your getting scammed. I see far far more referance in this thread to (how annoying it is) rather than (yeah I got scammed and something needs to be done about it).
Your gonna kill D2jsp's Capitalistic edge with a rich upper class society who passes votes based on (what they find annoying)
This is exactly what killed Capitalism in America today, any of you who are actually 25+ years of age or older, know exactly what I am talking about.

No one is requesting any restrictions or exceptions in regards to legitimate trades, just illegitimate practices which aren't even supported by jsp to begin with.

yes.

most of the people that ask for loans are from the poker forums, which, coincidentally, aren't supported either, and yet, jsp still allows people to make public bets.

should would could, at the end of the day

users should not have to be scammed in order to learn

it's absoutely pointless and would be lazy to ignore this huge problem
