only issue with that is meds are busy and it takes forever. I requested a med less than 2 weeks ago and took them well over 2 hours to respond

This will just create more false accusations and will never be "deleted".
If someone makes a false accusation about you, you are screwed for further trades.

Just make sure that they aren't locked, and always use a mediator for your trades.
