that's true, rationally you should not buy any item that you do not deem to be legit or that you do not trust the seller of the item.. however, this is impractical seeing as how the amount of people on forums changes drastically with time, and with ladder resets and the such. Those who are new to this site, or switching to a different realm, or when ladder resets will not be able to trust 99% of the people that they may have to trade with, therefore it's hugely impractical for them to not trade because there are not certain of every users legitimacy.

As well a large portion of those who use any website are well..stupid :)?

You still did not make a argument against my last statement concerning what you just said above.. if you're too ignorant to see that new memb/ladder reset/realm switch cannot always differentiate those who are trusted and those who are not with 100% accuracy than how can you deem your idea even remotely practical? Obviously your self and those who roam this forum on a occasional basis are very different, you yourself may know who is trusted, who you would trade with, and who you shouldnt trade with, but a new member or occasional forumer will not
