It would be better to add something aswell, so people cant abuse this (like "gonna red/bold it right before the next bump if I havent got lots of views yet"): You should only be able to add red and/or bold MAX after 2mins and ONLY one time per topic. (and not like bold and then adding red aswell)

I think people are already abusing the system and since the mods are often overladen they are not get caught.
This feature might just convince people to abuse the system in a way they spend their fg at least.
