Describe "legal"?

no there is still a chance even if its .000000000000000000001 they will return even if for "illegal" reasons they still OWN the account.

yes...aka multis or otherwise trying to sell accounts for $$ which is an illegal trade. These accounts shouldn't exist anymore...period...so there is no reason to organize a way to purchase the names off of them.

Nobody owns anything on JSP except Paul.

yes...and they didn't have 0 posts 0 fg etc etc when they returned.

these users were active during that time frame. And wouldn't qualify under my scanning procedure. They also would very unlikely have "coveted" names such as the ones on the blank accounts.

Voted yes, idk why paul can't just delete the accs who cares.

If the user has never been on or traded at all and never has any intention on getting their acc back then why not delete them

Accs were obviously made so people can have good user names and hopefully sell them..

I recall a few JSPer's who wanted to change their name but couldn't because there desired name was already taken. In the end they got that name. These people were part of the JSP staff team. So how did they get there names?

Or I'm just crazy.

I agree I'm pretty sure the name Justin an kevin were made before they got their name changes..
