also suggested this. Gave up bumping the thread. I really dont understand what kind of problem people have with this suggestion. The argument that you would be spammed with pms can easily be wiped out if you add an option to customize what you wanna get messages about like "x joined your event, notify me yes/no", "y added you as a friend, notify me yes/no" "z sent me fg, notify me yes/no" and so on.
