You can! That's the beauty of it, you can set 5 people with a rank of 100 for top 5! Then the rest in order if you wish, 99, 98, 97, etc.

OR you can set your top 5 for good like, 100, 99, 98, 97, 96, and then do randoms by setting another 5 with all rank 95.

Nice idea if you have use for it. I wouldn't use it, got not that much friends, and i like to manage/arange my toplist by my self

Myspace has a top friend option of randomization. You can have a top whatever and when the page is refreshed the people on the top switch to different places.
