I don't think this is good idea as for the tag and all that non-sence

But maybe when people make spam threads say in like uswest trading or any trade ground.

If they do it twice, it should be 10% warn + 12 or 24 hour suspension maybe.

Instead of letting them do like 10+ giving them a warning thn like 4+ more then ban.

but thats my opinion.

minor addition to my original suggestion:
Know that little list of checkboxes that you have when you start a thread? add this one:

[ ] Permit Spammers to post in this thread.
(defaulted non-checked, like all the others)

Add that, the "glory" of being so tagged vanishes.

I agree, only people that would dislike this are non-stop spammers and flamers. This suggestion would clear up the forums nicely.

Voting no, although I wouldn't mind having a spammer tag as it means absolutely nothing.
Anyone can tell by the postcount (yes mine for example is huge) if the person spams.

A scammer tag has an actual meaning as people know not to trade with that person, but what does a spammer tag do? nothing.

Spammers do get warned, suspended, banned eventually if they continue, you are only suggesting that there would be a tag added to that.

Also, that would've happened long time ago if it was to happen.
