if the sub forum gets made they should hand out automatic 10% warns for posting service threads in the wrong forum
make the first 10% go away in a week but any after that stay a lot longer.

Harsh but right. I get the theory behind its like putting a bandaid on a broken limb thought. But the d2 forums look almost as bad as any half cared about forum on the web.(Love the site but its true) People are not getting the point of rules. But... This is not a discussion on the rules and how they are applied. The theory behind the suggestion I made would be to seperate the d2items from the services. As stated by teddy it would be easier to pick out the ppl posting in the forums since services would no longer be a supported d2 trade and would be a d2 service trade. Different departments to cause less clutter is never a bad idea, every business has its different departments, and its managers to watch over those departments. Scammer accusations has mods in and out of it. Why am I locked has mods in and out of it. Why not seperate the two have a mod look over each and the mediaters continue to do what they do. I dont think its more work for the meds maybe better organizing if anything. I am not trying to sound like a bm idiot here I am far from it so dont take this personal. I am in fact trying to get my point across that by seperating a realm into two forums 1 being useast trading/useast service subforum this would make alot of threads stand out and clean up the clutter making it more organized and easier for traders to find their gear aswell as find the services they desire !

I have 20% warn from offering services, and my first 10% warn was from hapycmpr, he gave it 30 day, not a week.

There should also be able for Untrusted people to offer services, to decipher the difference they would be tags like.

e.g. [Untrusted] x Service

And that users would engage at own risk, as they do with iso threads.

Edit: I dont see why we cant offer services in threads, When I use post threads about 90% of the people who posted in my thread didnt not have their own Iso thread, which is why it was so tempting.

This Should be Done. We Have all Valid Points to Help The Trading Forum.
Which everyone complains about 24/7 Of not being able to trade/etc.
I'm Sure everyone on Escl Would be happy about this besides non legit ones.

You can post Services in Threads that are iso thats not against the rules.
