Yes but most things suggested are improvements this could be considered a down grade

Whats the percentage of african americans in the united states? like 10-20%? should we not give them an opinion?

Of course they can have an opinion if he could'nt have an opinion this section would'nt exist, i never once said u cant have an opinion dont twist my words ^_^
