Voted yes. It's important for all of us. We don't like, when someone from other sections are closing our topics cuz he doesn't understands it.

Yes.

It's not about ammount of moderators, but ammount of users which learnt to spam, and incearase post count just beacuse they think it's giving them more respect. The only possible punishment is long suspension, since most of them don't care about % of warnings.

You can report them by yourself to moderators, with little translations
