You missed the part where I addressed that.
You can't send the FG to anybody so you couldn't repay.
Also, the medi informed could do anything because medi's (nor mods I would assume) can't take fg from you.

It basically allows a user to accumulate their replay gold all in one central location - Thus making it easier for the repayment to be tracked and conducted as a whole?

good point, but why do ppl scam when they know there gold is gonna get locked and cant use it?
it goes by the same basis, people just wanna cause problems and u know there will be some people

Repayment has to be sent to the scammed person to be considered repayment.
How can it be repaid if the fg was locked?

I assume they are hoping to get away with it, honestly.

It wouldn't be sent to the normal gold storage, it would be sent to a locked user's secondary gold storage, that is ONLY on a locked account.

My own thought is that entertaining additions to the FG system for repays may have some application, but I don't like the idea of any secondary treasury of FG. Gold access is taken away for good reason, and I'm not sure there's any reason to recast it in another form. There may be some kernbel of an idea of a gold resevoir that doesn't apply to specifc accounts, but the trouble there is that importing and exporting that gold from one system to another would be either tedious or pointless, and without that ability the generation of the new FG into any kind of application (esp. the current system) would add FG without any rational basis. I see a dilemma here. Scammer Accusation repays take time and effort for a reason, and I don't see any reason to change it

EDIT: to be sure, the issue is the allowance of repay FG to be collected even if it's untouched by the account.

It would be repaid in the normal fashion - via Mediator.
However, the whole transaction could be conducted in a single swoop since the locked user would have all the repayment gold accumulated.
