Bah, I'm no good at explaining my thoughts. Hopefully someone will see where I'm trying to go with this and be able to think of a good reliable system and present it in a better way here..

I have a decent idea of how to make it useful, but requires more than just the ranking system itself and other systems to provide info to that system on who to allow to rate someone, etc, etc.

either way I don't want to try and explain my thoughts to much while half asleep lol. Maybe in some up coming day I'll look into nearly perfecting a system like this..

this would be abused very badly.
this is just another cry out that more people should have a trusted tag.
something you have to actually deserve.
this system would eliminate deserving it and it would eventually be the end of having trusted users.
