And I'm sorry but it won't happen either way. I was just pointing out one of the many scenarios where it could be abused.
What if a user created an account just to give negative feedback to people? Or what if people just went around giving random negative feedback? I've seen it enough in Site Suggestions where people will just go through and vote No on every poll without posting any reason... Imagine how out of hand this could get if people rated every single user this will definitely not happen.

as i c it now... this woud work fine but i think that the jsp comunty is not tehnical adavance for such a mayor step ...
the whole idea is mayor plan the reputation bar woud efect on many things on the site almost on all
thats the reason why didnt i posted the details... it woud take me just 3 days to explain tham and type them down...

in my idea this woud also efect the trusted tag and all ...
