I don't think they should be allowed to run them, I'm not saying this cause I have a tag, I was on a trusted lvl service before I had it, Main reason is I have been in too many games where I did not get the lvl's I was supposed too nor did I get a refund. Voted yes.

Not going to happen. If you want to offer a service without a tag, befriend a trusted user and have them host a service for you.

This is very hard seeing as how there is only like 2 tag'd members that play diablo and not alot of people buy from tag'd members when they know they can find a non tag'd user to do it for alot cheaper and quicker.

otherwise scamming would be astronomical

but lots of people still run ul services and leveling services without the tag, and people still get scamed, and most people are still GM about there services.

Cant the mods just be like if you get scamed dont post in SA fourms cause there's nothing we can do about it or something among those lines.

Scamming will happen it's a part of the gaming world

That will not stop users from posting in the s/a forum. The rules already state "D2jsp doesn't support scammer accusations against stolen torches or lost games" and people still post them. People are lucky ubers were even allowed again.

If you want to offer services without a tag, find a thread that someone is ISO a service. Then post there. Or find a tagged user and have them host for you. That's the only way you can do it. It won't change.

It has been suggested many times before but it will never happen. If you want to offer a service then get on a trusted's leveling service or work towards the tag.
