To get unlocked u dont need to show that u can trade items vs items w/o problems.... u just need to pm a med/the person u scammed nd come up with a plan on how u will repay them, IE: "Hey, my name is sezelda i scammed u out of ur 450 fg for my fcr ring, i am now locked and i regret this, my 450 fg i threw it to my friends, i willl have them send it to u and u say i payed u back and i can become unlocked" .... seriously man its simple, 1 + 1 = 2

You don't understand how the unlocking process works at all. You can either have a friend loan you the money or sell items to get the fg sent to a mediator who then pays back your scams. Banning them from the trading forums would make it nearly impossible to get unlocked.

I've got a suggestion, you should get banned from site suggestions.

Track their ip, if there are 2 acc's using the same ip .. Simply ip ban them

the gold lock and/or the scammer tag is there to warn you that the user is not to be trusted with trades

if you manage to get scammed by a locked user, there is not much the site can do to protect you

there is no need for this additional punishment
