I think a science and technology forum would be great not only could Experienced scientists discuss new ideas but developing scientists could also get sum help in whatever field they are studying. Also people could get help on there science homework there. You have my vote.

I’ll frame the idea: create a space where members can discuss science, experiments, scientific thinking, contemporary scientific issues, and technical material. Perhaps computer science and psychology should be included in discussion along with physics, chemistry, biology, and the wide range of related fields and subfields that may be of interest.

I'm not sure because I haven't seen the idea widely surveyed before. Going by the response so far, it looks like a good number of people would use it, if we take the responses as a sample for the whole forums: 41-4. That being said, the suggestion isn't being made on the assumption that it would be one of the most popular forums we have; instead, the assumption is that if it gains a decent amount of support in voting, the results may indicate that it would be used at least as much as other forums that have come about partly through the influence of site suggestions.

If the forum were well-managed and nicely organized, I believe it could be a surprisingly strong forum. But my belief isn't paramount. Hence the suggestion
