Yes for Jay! But if closed, 4hours repost, in my opinion. Otherwise, could be abused to dodge the 4hour bump rule!

Also.. The creator of the topic, thinks its to much "spam" inside, and then "close" it and repost right away, that should NOT be allowed.

Only if a moderator closes it, with the text of "to much spam, you can repost right away"
