If it'd be sort of like a rainbow orb where you could choose the color, then I'd vote no. It gets annoying when people do white on white and you can't see what the fuck they just typed.

More colors would be nice, but still, it'd be a freakin rainbow

It would be fine as long as everyone had the choice to see the text in color or not see the text in color. Similar to instant message programs. With them you can set your settings to where all text is black on white or see color.
