Voted Yes. Because in ny opinition its seems like normal idea even if 10% of the new members will read the some parts of rules they will know more then who did not read it. So, yes.

Obviously not. Anyone with a shred of common sense would notice the icons at the icons at the top of the page and can easily find the rules. Necessary and insulting to the new people imo. Just because they are new doesn't mean that they are retarded.

voted yes ofc..

i also think that they should have some sort of "start kapital" like 10-100 fg..
and then you had to write your phone number or adress, to get get a confirm SMS or letter.. that would also get rid of all the multis!
