Blog Suggestion - Topic

Okay, basically, a lot of people like to have nice blogs without it being spammed out. I know i do, so here is what i came up with.

Read only: Submits into the public section, and still accessable from the users blog section in profile, but nobody can post in it.
Public: Normal blogs like we have now.
Private: Only people on your friends list can read + Post in them, similar to our photo albums currently.

No, for security reasons. Would make reporting MANY illegal actions done deliberatly go unnoticed. We cant troll every post ever made to look at all the violations, and rely on the support of the members here to help us to do this. You're basically suggesting a free place for members to get away with any kind of action they want. This is an issue with the personal gallery already and much is being talked about in that area as well.
