I agree, but the time shouldn't increase by your warn percentage.
I think the time should increase PER the warn you received for spamming.
If you received a warn for something else other than spamming, it shouldn't affect your post time.

This is also known as "Ozzy control" and has been suggested several times. The problem with using it on JSP is that a delay of even a few minutes between posts can make it very difficult to trade effectively, and it promoted PM trading if you can only post every 3/5/10/20+ minutes. While it is a decent way to handle spam, it absolutely takes away from the ability to use the site for trading, which is one of its primary uses.

Bad idea imo. The warn is there 2 remind not 2 break the rules and adding to the flood control would just be negating the reason 4 the warn.

if it was givin 4 spam then it would be good but most warns r givin out b/c of other stuff
