I would want to separate these by language, not as a region.

Aha so Croatia/Serbia,montenegro got the same language so you make them together, some macdeonian speak albaniash,albania and Kosovo speak albanish

To seperate them by the language is not a bad idea too

you can make a "Yugoslovensky" part for Croatia, bosna, serbia, monte negro

Yep that would be great and a small part for Albanians (Kosovars and Shqiptars)

Voted yes but seems to me that only ppl from countries included in debate should say something more - it's very annoying when somebody who don't even know where Croatia is (takin it as an example coz I'm from Croatia) trying to be smartass and trying to call back Yugoslavia which doen't exist anymore

Mybe is Paul's sugestion the smartest move - separate by (understanable) language (croatian and serbian are not quite the same, but we can understand each other pretty good), and leave out the political things.

I know it's hard to understand to ppl who don't know the whole situation but Balkan in general has a very nasty history of wars etc etc, so it doesn't need to be mantioned related to computer game when Europe and World are trying to not use such names (Balkan, Yugoslavia etc...)

Ja sam 20% Hrvat i ja razumiem mali hrvatski, ali nie dobar.

So yeah, depending on whether or not many people would actually use the forum (in my experience, and I go for 1-2 months to the Balkans every year, most speak English to a reasonable degree of fluency), I am more than up for this suggestion. I'd use it. However, I also know the Balkan people are very proud of their heritage, seeing as they have experienced recent wars, and thus might be moved to band together to speak in their native tongues to preserve their somewhat fledgeling nationalities (not that the slavs are at all new, just the recent re-formation of countries within the past 2 decades).
