I agree and im pretty sure that spam wouldnt be a problem if this forum is made because it would be really easy to see if people are spamming it.
Just adding some ideas for rules:
Bump rule - 24 hours
Posting Topics - Only the owner of the guild can post a for sale topic for the guild
Iso Topics - Im not sure about this one but i think it should only be for sale topics no iso kinda like the real life trade forum.
Forum led by - Members++ and Junior Mods
Those are just a few i came up with ofc it would be up to paul but i thought i would just throw those out there.
Lastly i would also have the new guild for sale list moved to this new sub forum to make it easer for people to find guilds in that topic as well as make a available med list for meds that are able and willing to help mediate these guild trades.
Just an idea, well see what happens if its made
