Obviously it would need to be coded to make it private. Just like pictures in your profile. You can set them to private (friends only) or public.

Would be nice, then there would be no longer spam-only blogs.

If this happened I would actually use my blog then, and it would remove alot of bandwidth used and wasted space that the blogs currently use.
