Yes, wouldn't hurt at all. I'm not sure if the impact will be that great, but I guess if it doesn't cost too much to enforce, I don't see why not.

I guess it would not hurt althought I was able to find out most things on my own I know kids are impatient & want things now, would probably help for them.
