if early bump wasn't a problem then this post wouldn't be here in the first place.

and if you read first two pages. Mods are no longer taking action unless its excessive.

i didnt read all the post, but heres what i think:

i voted no simply because when i respond to things such as offers im often posting before the 4 hour bump. this is because im either responding to questions, updating list, stating c/o and refusing some offers and other things, and im assuming this would only apply to trading forums

pity you didn't because all those occasions you state there are legal and couldn't be dealt with automatically if they follow someone else posting
