Player base is already huge. Matchmaking only takes a split second to find 99 other people for you to play with.
I could see a duo/squad rating boost service being feasible on d2jsp. Nothing to trade at this point unless they make the content from the loot chests trade-able.

Most items and chests are tradeable already.
Twitch look goes for a lot of money on steam market. Normal jacket for a few dollars.

Already huge. Game sold over 360,000 copies the first three days and numbers up too 5,000,000 has been reported sold so far.
