I am a donor and don't think these need to be added.
-Utilize the "Archive Messages" feature to keep your PM box empty if you need to, delete your old PMs on a regular basis.
-There is hardly a legitimate reason to reduce flood control, plenty of active traders are fine with 30 seconds between posts, and those who may need to post more often to do their job effectively (TA+) are not affected by it.
-There is no need for longer post edit times, those who may need to edit their posts later on (M++ and higher) can do so.
-There are already enough topic title features, more would only make the appearance of the forums less streamlined, hardly a negative to most, but there is really no need for other topic title features. Additional colors would be ineffective with certain board display styles.
-Three pictures per post are more than enough, larger numbers of images can be edited together if needed (item screenshots etc) - if more images must be seen they can be hotlinked (read any SA thread and you can see that linking images is just fine and reduces cluttered threads)
All of these features are unnecessary luxuries that would add new ways to fill the forums with unnecessary things, everything works fine as of now and I don't think this would actually add anything to the forums.
