A feature that you could just do with your own notepad in windows ar even more, a sheet of paper and a pen (even tho you might have never used one, what do I know) in a forum/community like jsp is not a useful add.

Hell you could even use the place called Notes in your profile that most people use as a way to represent themself instead of real notes. Like others have said, maybe some people would use it, I mean some people use drugs, even tho I don't find them useful. But I still think that for the number of people who would use it, it's pretty pointless to spend time in programming something that most of the peoples won't use.
Wouldnt the winning Yes vote mean most people would use it?  Think before you type...no one wants a cluttered Notes section in their profile either...my idea gives people the option to hide their thoughts on other traders making them look more respected and allows them to keep personal notes secluded from the other people on the site.

As for part of features that improvements would affect every users of this forum, a feature like editing your first post in the trading forums (like some Mod do) would be way more useful. A quick pm feature, pm when someone try to join you guild (for leaders and other approving rank) etc. These are features more useful then something a simple pen and a sheet of paper can cover.

Your suggestion is useful, yes, but its really not needed for little trades with people who can 'seem' like a good trader.
