Needs more than just 1 Alliance.
Up to 2-3 would be good imo.

/e: Second thought, the amount of guild Alliances you can buy
Could also depend on how many member slots in your guild you have filled.
In example: if your guild has under 20 or so people, you can have say, an alliance with
A guild of similar size, but another of free choice.
