They might not have been spamming?

If @ 50% warn, and they are bidding on an item that closes in 3 mins, if they had to wait 2 and somewhat mins, they could only 'bid' once? no way!

Good Idea only if it start at like 40% Cuz You can have some warn by error... But If you are a big spammer or whatever, you will have more than 40 so yeah! :)

Imo bad idea, i am very well rep'd in RS Trading\RS section, and i make many posts (look @ my pc) ^_^, as i am needed often + help a lot of people.
Also, my 10% warn, i feel, wasnt necessary, or fair. But thats me, it was the mods choice, anyway, i dont agree with this.

UNLESS:
This is only used against people who gained warn through SPAM or FLAME, etc.

well, we wouldn't wanna start delays at 10% ofc, "accidents" can happen ;)
but a 10% is usually removed fast too
20%+ is a different story ^
or.. maybe even 20+% ain't a reason for delay if the last warn is > 30 days ago
