It's interesting that there is one user name that was "deleted"...

not really. i asked paul if i could pay for both namechanges, but i got a "no". that was like a year ago. the other day, the user simon was just deleted. so i could take the name :)

Yes, because you pay for their namechange, and if by some miracle they do sign on, they get a free namechange.
