He is saying that if someone requests a SS of gold logs pertaining to a sale relevant to that specific person who requested the SS, you no longer need to show the information on your gold logs that are not relevant. Currently, if you take a SS, it will contain all the gold logs and not just those relevant to one user.
I do not personally need such a feature, but the people who use JSP alot and have massive gold logs will find this feature more than welcome. I vote yes.

if you have had multiple trades with a user , you would be looking at a page of all those transactions , in order by date
your ss would be of this , not the single transaction
for 5fg , this might even actually be considered
there would be questions surrounding the implementation costs
and site performance and maintaince
and also the actual frequency of use ( some users will find the
usefullness/cost ratio unacceptable )
a very useful feature tho
