No. The accused gets locked and eventually scammer tagged.
He did something against our site rules and policies and that's all you should know.
Search button there is useless. Ask for a Mediator's help if you are unsure about your trading partener.

Could be, but if you see a scammer accusation against a moderator or something like that, it wouldnt matter as much. its more for people that would scam once, take a break, and return to scam as a means of lying low.
