thats what mods are for. its not a big enough deal to have a system implemented and waste njag's time with this when there are real issues.

if you would have a look at the various suggestions up in this forum you should have noticed that violation of the early bump rule is a real issue
those violations disturb trade and make it very unpleasant for those who follow the rules
(wonder why i didn't see similar worded posts from you in other suggestions)

if it was a real issue, you'd think after 6 years it would be fixed, wouldn't it have?

no wonder this idea keeps getting turned down.

was it an issue when there were less people? so your 6 years are clearly exaggerated
and has this idea been up before? if yes, please show

I understand the frustration from people bumping their posts every 5 or 10 minutes. It makes it hard to get your topic viewed in the top 50 for over
a couple minutes. BUT, i have found that their are times when by this poster's suggestion I would be early bumping. There have been times where
I have responded in the thread or reposted an updated trade list after a flurry of sales, at times it is needed or you have several people potentially
requesting the same item even after it is sold. With the flood control this will only get worse. I mean I can live with it either way, I just wanted to
point out that there are times when an "early bump" isnt intended as an early bump but more as trying to control confusion, especially when selling
a large listing of items. But I do agree that early bumping in general is ABUSED beyond belief.
